Delete your account

This deletes your RydeHub account and personal data. It works for both the RydeHub rider app and the RydeHub Driver app, and you do not need either installed to use it.

First, confirm it is you

Enter the phone number on your RydeHub account. We will text you a code so nobody else can delete your account.

Include your country code, for example +1 for Canada.

You can also delete your account inside the app, under Account then Account Settings. For anything else, contact support@rydehub.com. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.
